  • Reviewing opening and closing balance details of the clients for housing and real estate transactions.
  • Preparing and maintaining ledger books in Tally, including tax payments for clients via net banking and other modes.
  • Managing bank statements for the society’s housing and project accounts.
  • Maintaining and handling petty cash for day-to-day operational requirements.
  • Tracking all expenses related to the society’s projects and administrative operations.
  • Handling e-filing processes for tax challans.
  • Performing bank and parties ledger reconciliations for real estate projects and society operations.
  • Managing TDS calculations and processing online payments of TDS.
  • Advising and ensuring the timely payment of advance tax.
  • Filing GST returns, including GSTR-3B and GSTR-1, for society transactions.
  • Maintaining complete accounting and bookkeeping, including income/expenses accruals and other journal entries.
  • Ensuring timely payment to vendors and reconciling ledger accounts.
  • Conducting inter-branch reconciliations and balance confirmations on a monthly basis.
  • Handling branch-level accounting and maintaining the cash book.
  • Performing daily bank reconciliations for housing project transactions.
  • Reconciling creditors and debtors for the society’s real estate and operational activities.
  • Managing cash and cheque deposits and processing clearances at the mid-office.
  • Preparing detailed reports in Excel as per project and operational requirements.
  • Proficient in preparing MIS reports, including bank reports and fund position summaries.
  • Processing and issuing invoices for real estate and housing projects.
  • Creating and managing E-Way bills for housing and project-related logistics.
  • Maintaining sales records and calculating incentives and commissions for the sales team.
  • Liaising with the Chartered Accountant for all ROC filings, GST, TDS, and ITR filings.
